We utilize a proprietary mix of High Performance Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete. The burner units are made from brass, so unlike others made from stainless steel, they will not rust. Our burner manufacturer offers the industry's leading warranty.
Easy Installation
Our product weighs 30-70% less than traditional wet-cast concrete, reducing the risk of injury to personnel during transportation and installation. Since each piece is its own reinforcement, you can drill and cut the material on-site using basic carpentry tools.

Since our concrete is made in-house, we are able to collaborate with designers to create innovative, customizable solutions.

Each piece is handcrafted by talented artisans from our own production facility located in Baldwin, WI. Crete utilizes an extensive finishing protocol to ensure each piece is made to exacting standards.

Crete founder, lead designer John collects inspiration from several sources that influence our designs. With over 15 plus years of experience working with Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete as a medium of choice. John has commissioned pieces throughout the U.S. and beyond and prefers to work hands on as an artisanal craftsman. All Crete pieces are fabricated out of our Western Wisconsin studio.
